An unexpected chance to watch the buzzy drama starring Nam Joo-hyuk, Roh Yoon-seo, and Cho Seung-woo ahead of everyone else has just dropped.

On the 29th, Netflix announced a fan screening event for the Netflix series The East Palace featuring the trio.

The event will take place one day before the official release and will screen Episodes 1 and 2. Entry is open to ages 15 and up. Director Choi Jung-gyu, along with Nam Joo-hyuk, Roh Yoon-seo, and Cho Seung-woo, will attend. The venues are 4F, 15 Yeongjung-ro, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul, and CGV Yeongdeungpo Times Square, with theaters assigned at random.

Netizens reacted with excitement, commenting, "They only do this for major hype titles—this is huge," "I really want to go," "Does this mean we can see Cho Seung-woo?" and "Everyone, apply now."

Meanwhile, The East Palace follows Gu-cheon (played by Nam Joo-hyuk), who can cross between the human and spirit worlds, and Saeng-gang (played by Roh Yoon-seo), a court lady harboring a secret. Summoned by the king, they unravel the curse haunting the East Palace. The series premieres on July 17.
