On June 30, Swings posted the photo on Instagram. The shot captured one lonely piece of donkatsu left on a plate. He previously shared that he's using Mounjaro, a diabetes and obesity medication, to aid his diet.
After seeing the post, one netizen teased, "You took the photo and then finished it, didn't you?" Swings replied, "I'm actually hurt," adding, "So I'm on my way home right now, opened Baemin (Baedal Minjok, a food delivery app), and ordered five hamburgers," cracking fans up.
Meanwhile, Mounjaro is a treatment for diabetes and obesity. It's used alongside diet and exercise to improve blood sugar control in people with type 2 diabetes, help manage weight in those who are obese or overweight, and support treatment of obstructive sleep apnea.
