Actor Lee Min-ho is set to keep his nonstop streak going with another major project.

According to a July 2 JTBC report, Lee Min-ho will star in the new drama Virtual Love (working title).

Virtual Love, currently being prepared as a 12-episode series, is a romantic-comedy about an office worker who discovers that the virtual idol group member helping them survive a grinding daily routine is actually their own boss.

Reportedly, Lee Min-ho will play Cha Uk-hyeon, the general director at a game company. Outwardly he seems perfect, but his cold, exacting personality makes him the office’s “worst boss.” If confirmed, this would mark his return to the small screen about two years after tvN’s When the Stars Gossip, which wrapped in February last year.

Netizens reacted with excitement, asking, "So does that make Lee Min-ho an idol?", "I’m so curious", and "The plot sounds fresh," signaling intense buzz.

Meanwhile, Lee Min-ho is also set to greet moviegoers in September with the film Assassination.
