Shocking new casting: actor Kim Joo-heon will play mentor to trending stars Song Kang and Lee Jun-young.
Through tvN’s new Saturday–Sunday drama Four Hands, Two Sonatas, Kim takes on a fresh challenge as Do Hyun-soo, a pianist acclaimed at home and abroad and the mentor to Kang Bi-o (played by Song Kang) and Choi Jeong-yo (played by Lee Jun-young).
Do Hyun-soo is a pianist trusted by conductors for his outstanding technique and warm, dignified musicality. He serves as the crucial link guiding Kang Bi-o and Choi Jeong-yo—two youths with contrasting musical worlds—to level up, all while staying grounded amid their rivalry and conflict.
Centering on two young artists who naturally grow closer through their shared instrument, the piano, Four Hands, Two Sonatas promises a delicate exploration of the fine line between friendship and deeper feelings. The series premieres on August 29 at 9:10 p.m. and will also stream on TVING.
