Kim Da-mi is reportedly considering a new drama project that may mark her return to the action genre.
On April 3, a report stated that she has been offered a role in the upcoming series A Killer Paradox and is currently reviewing the offer.
Set in the 1970s–1980s, the series is described as an “innocent noir” and follows a woman whose life takes an unexpected turn after stepping into the workforce following a divorce. As she navigates unfamiliar circumstances, she discovers an unexpected ability that alters the course of her life.
Kim Da-mi is reportedly being considered for the role of Go Dal-bun, a character who enters a new environment in an effort to rebuild her life.
She previously showcased her range in projects such as The Witch: Part 1. The Subversion and A Hundred Memories, building anticipation for her potential return to action.
The project brings together writer Kang Eun-kyung, known for Dr. Romantic and Gyeongseong Creature, alongside director Lee Jung-hum of Inspector Koo.
