TVING original 'Yumi’s Cells Season 3' has been unveiled, drawing strong reactions from viewers who waited nearly four years for Yumi’s return.

The first two episodes, which premiered on April 13, show Soon-rok (Kim Jae-won) entering the Cell Village of Yumi (Kim Go-eun), who has achieved her dream of becoming a writer but is living a calm, uneventful life. Their first encounter immediately sets the tone for a developing relationship.

Their meeting is far from smooth. Soon-rok’s blunt responses and lack of tact, including taking all of Yumi’s bungeoppang, frustrate her. At the same time, his detailed and thoughtful feedback on her writing leaves an impression.

The episode’s ending, set during a business trip to Busan, builds anticipation for a deeper love-hate dynamic between Yumi and Soon-rok.
