Actor Han Sun-hwa transforms into an MZ-generation trainee teacher in the film student teaching, taking on a 'horror-but-cute' comedy challenge.

On the 29th, the press distribution screening for student teaching was held at CGV Yongsan I'Park Mall in Yongsan-gu, Seoul. Han Sun-hwa, Hong Ye-ji, Lee Yeoreum, Lee Hwa-won, Yoo Sun-ho, and director Kim Min-ha attended.

The film follows Eunkyeong (played by Han Sun-hwa), an MZ trainee teacher who ends up facing the "CSAT ghost" and is forced to take a deadly mock exam, alongside girls from a black magic school club, in a high-school, 'horror-but-cute' comedy. That day, Han said, "I didn’t actually feel like a teacher on set. My goal was to focus solely on my performance and carry it out with responsibility," adding with a laugh, "In the film I’m an MZ trainee teacher, but personally I feel pretty far from MZ."

She continued, "When I first got the script, I went, 'What is this?' But I was intrigued—it was bursting with personality. After meeting the director and talking it through, I felt there was a clear message they wanted to deliver. The directing intent also came through strongly."

In response to Han Sun-hwa’s fresh transformation, fans reacted, "She completely wiped away her party-girl image" and "This is the one I’m waiting for."

Opening exclusively at CGV on May 13.
