Actor Gong Myung delivered peak “steady younger boyfriend” energy, putting living rooms on high alert with heart-fluttering vibes.

According to Nielsen Korea on the 11th, episode 6 of tvN’s Sat-Sun drama Clandestine, which aired on the 10th, hit a nationwide average rating of 9.4% with a peak of 10.6%, marking a new personal best. It also ranked No. 1 across all channels in its time slot, including terrestrial networks, and surged to a 4.1% peak in the Seoul Capital Area among tvN’s key 20–49 demographic—proof of its unstoppable momentum.

In this episode, Joo In-a (Shin Hye-sun) and Noh Gi-jun (Gong Myung) shared their deepest secrets, reaching a turning point in their relationship. Noh Gi-jun shook Joo In-a to the core with a straight-shooting confession: "Let’s stop pretending. You already know I like you." Even after the chaos of his cohabitation with Park Ah-jung (Hong Hwa-yeon) being revealed, his feelings for Joo In-a never wavered. Though Joo In-a drew a firm line, saying, "Even if we try a thousand or ten thousand times, it won’t work," the charged tension between them only grew thicker.

Toward the end, a subtle, uneasy mood formed between Jeon Jae-yeol (Kim Jae-wook) and Joo In-a, cranking up the suspense. Noh Gi-jun grabbed Jeon Jae-yeol’s arm and shot him an icy glare, leaving a strong impression as a dependable protector for Joo In-a.

Right after the broadcast, viewers reacted: "With nonstop flirting like that, who wouldn’t fall for it?" and "His direct shots as a younger guy just blew up the swoon meter."
