On the 2nd, production company Corpus Korea confirmed that the new drama One-of-a-Kind Romance will premiere on TVING in the second half of the year and unveiled a teaser poster capturing the duo's lovable vibe.
Based on the popular webtoon of the same name, One-of-a-Kind Romance follows Gong Yu-il (played by Park Soo-young), an ordinary job seeker who unexpectedly becomes top star Tak Mu-i's (played by Kim Hyun-jin) manager, and Tak Mu-i, a top celebrity who hides the pain of being stalked. The series portrays their mutual 'stan' romance: Yu-il, who longs for a normal life, and Mu-i, who drew strength from a novel she wrote long ago, cross paths by chance and grow an earnest, beautiful love.
