Cube Entertainment vowed tough legal action after shocking leaks of its artists' unreleased tracks and content.

On the 10th, Cube Entertainment stated on its official social media, "Recently, we have continued to confirm cases where our artists' unreleased audio and related content are being leaked and shared online without authorization."

The agency explained, "Leaking and redistributing unreleased tracks is a clear act of copyright infringement and can cause serious damage to artists and every stage of the content-making process." It added, "We have consistently monitored related cases and collected materials, and we are currently preparing legal action based on the evidence secured so far."

It further warned, "If unauthorized leaking, sharing, or redistribution of unreleased audio and content occurs going forward, we will take strong legal measures against the original posters and distributors without any leniency or settlements," and cautioned, "Please note that even simple sharing or secondary edits and redistribution may also carry legal liability."

Finally, the agency said, "We will continue monitoring and evidence collection to do our utmost to protect our artists' rights and interests."
