BigHit Music, the label behind CORTIS, announced it will take strong action against alleged invasion of privacy after reports that some fans attached location trackers to the group’s vehicle and stalked their movements.

On the 29th, the company stated on fan platform Weverse: "Based on real-time, continuous monitoring and tips from fans, we are filing regular criminal complaints."

According to the agency, during CORTIS’s recent schedule in Paris, certain fans allegedly attached small GPS devices to the artists’ car or tailed their routes using local vehicles and drivers. The company also confirmed incidents where individuals barred from fan events roamed inside the hotel where members were staying, and cases where people switched seats mid-flight to approach the members.

BigHit Music warned: "We prioritize the safety and privacy of CORTIS’s members above all else, and we will continue to respond strictly to violations of fan etiquette."

Meanwhile, CORTIS is a five-member boy group that debuted last August. All members except James are minors.
