Actors Hwang In-youp and Lee Hyeri were caught in a tender moment as they reunite after 15 years, instantly sending anticipation for the new drama soaring.
On the 16th, ENA’s new Monday–Tuesday drama Dream to You dropped a teaser video packed with the duo’s intertwined story, grabbing massive attention.
The teaser follows Woo Soo-bin (played by Hwang In-youp) and Joo I-jae (played by Lee Hyeri), who finally reunite after a long 15-year detour. Hwang portrays genius film director Woo Soo-bin, who returns to his first love—and his true dream—Joo I-jae to keep a promise from the past, set to deliver deep emotions to viewers at home. Lee Hyeri brings Joo I-jae to life as someone who once feared nothing with a single dream during her youthful school days, stumbles against the harsh walls of reality, and yet finds hope again as she moves forward.
In the story, the two pick up their shared dream again through the screenplay they once wrote together, 'Gyeongseong Love Song.' In particular, the scene where Woo Soo-bin gently reaches out to Joo I-jae and says, "I’m thinking we make this into a movie. But there’s no ending. Let’s do it together," supercharges expectations for their soft and sweet reunion romance.
