Actor Seo In-guk has viewers buzzing from episode one of his new drama with a “happy dilemma.”
On June 22, as tvN’s new Monday-Tuesday drama See You at Work Tomorrow! premiered, the show’s official X account drew attention by launching a poll over Seo In-guk’s on-screen styling: choosing between “slicked-back hair (up)” and “bangs-down (down).”
Seo plays Kang Si-woo, the prickly boss of Cha Ji-yoon (played by Park Ji-hyun), a seventh-year office worker stuck in a rut. At work, his exposed-forehead “slicked-back” look paired with a neat suit gives off a cool, icy aura. Off the clock, his naturally lowered fringe creates a warm, soft contrast that instantly grabs attention.
After seeing the drastic vibe shift between the two looks, netizens reacted passionately: “It’s impossible to pick just one,” “I love both,” and “This is the best kind of dilemma.” As of now, the “bangs-down” style is leading the poll, keeping the drama in the spotlight for reasons beyond the storyline.
Showcasing Seo In-guk’s many charms, See You at Work Tomorrow! airs every Monday and Tuesday at 8:50 p.m. KST. In Korea, it streams on TVING and Wavve, and global viewers can watch it on Amazon Prime Video.
