With singer Jang Kiha and actor Yoon Ga-i confirming their relationship, fans are now zeroing in on the couple’s past moves on social media.
On the 27th, both of their agencies acknowledged they are dating. The two first met through the Coupang Play variety show SNL Korea Season 4, then grew closer and reportedly have been together for about two years.
After the reveal, attention quickly shifted to the pair’s older SNS posts. On the 1st of this month, Yoon Ga-i uploaded photos from the music festival Beautiful Mint Life 2026. She wrote, "Even the heat is rock. A bare face is rock. Lukewarm beer is rock. Sold-out muksabal (cold acorn jelly soup) is rock. After my first slam, my stamina is wrecked," updating fans as she enjoyed the festival.
What really caught attention was that Jang Kiha also performed at the same festival. Beautiful Mint Life 2026 was held over two days, May 30–31, and Jang took the stage on the 31st to meet fans. After the show, he, too, posted photos from the venue on his SNS and shared his thoughts about the performance.
Once it became known they were at the same festival, online chatter exploded with speculation that Yoon Ga-i might have stopped by to cheer on her boyfriend’s set. Because the posts went up before their relationship was public, many fans pointed to the natural ‘Lovestagram’ vibes. It also later emerged that the two had been following each other’s accounts even before going public, leading some netizens to say the couple never tried to hide anything and simply kept things natural.
Meanwhile, their age gap is adding even more buzz. Born in 1982 and 2000 respectively, Jang Kiha and Yoon Ga-i are 18 years apart. Reports that Yoon Ga-i’s mother and Jang Kiha are only about five years apart in age pushed interest in their romance even higher.
