Actress Han Ji-eun delivered a striking acting transformation that instantly grabbed the public’s attention.

In the Netflix series Notes From the Last Row, released on the 26th, Han Ji-eun plays Sun Min-hee, a single mother raising her young daughter alone, and gives a powerful performance. In the story, Sun Min-hee is the housekeeper for Kim Se-yoon (played by Lee Jin-woo) and harbors a hidden secret. She keeps Lee Kang (Choi Hyun-wook) on edge and cracks the once-peaceful Kim Se-yoon household, injecting taut tension throughout the drama.

After the premiere, netizens raved over Han Ji-eun’s radically different aura, saying, "I thought she was a completely different person," "The character is insanely captivating," and "That cold yet sultry gaze is everything."

This isn’t her first time portraying a single mom. Back in 2019, in JTBC’s drama Be Melodramatic, she charmed viewers as Hwang Han-joo, a confident working mom and head of marketing at a drama production company, who raises her son Hwang In-guk (Seol Woo-hyung) on her own with cheerful resolve.

Meanwhile, viewers are stunned as they compare Han Ji-eun’s 180-degree transformations across the two projects, saying they "never imagined it was the same person." Having once again proven her wide acting spectrum, all eyes are on how Han Ji-eun will surprise the public next with her diverse moves.
