Actor So Ji-sub’s action performance left viewers completely hooked.
On the 12th, SBS’s Friday–Saturday drama Agent Kim Reactivated recorded 22.3% nationwide for episode 6 (Nielsen Korea). With that, Agent Kim Reactivated has surpassed Kim Nam-gil’s The Fiery Priest (22.0%) and Lee Je-hoon’s Taxi Driver 2 (21.8%), rising to No. 2 all-time among SBS Friday–Saturday dramas. Now, Agent Kim Reactivated is chasing the top spot held by The Penthouse 2: War in Life (29.2%).
Since premiering on the 26th of last month, Agent Kim Reactivated climbed from a 9.5% debut to 21.6% by episode 4, and hit 22.3% with episode 6—renewing its own record every week.
Episode 6 showed Kim Bu-jang (played by So Ji-sub), Seong Han-su (Choi Dae-hoon), and Park Jin-cheol (Yoon Kyung-ho) risking their lives in a rescue operation to save Min-ji (Seo Su-min), who was taken hostage by the Special Missions Bureau.
Meanwhile, the revenge-driven action series Agent Kim Reactivated—about a former special agent who unleashes his buried combat instincts to save his kidnapped daughter—airs every Friday and Saturday at 9:50 p.m. KST on SBS and is also available on Netflix.
