Actor Yoon Kyung-ho has launched his drama ratings pledge: a shocking 13-hour vow of silence.
On the 13th, Yoon shared a video on his Instagram Story with the caption, "I started my vow of silence at 7 a.m. today."
In the video, he places a hand over his heart and declares, "I, Yoon Kyung-ho, will, with gratitude and in good conscience, carry out this vow of silence without a single lie." He adds, "I swear to faithfully observe it at all times, including private spaces where the camera cannot follow, such as the shower or restroom," before starting a 13-hour countdown.
At the June 25 press conference for the SBS drama Agent Kim Reactivated, Yoon said, "It’s meaningful that So Ji-sub is returning to an SBS drama after 13 years. So if the ratings surpass 13% and we can coordinate schedules, I’ll do a 13-hour vow of silence."
His vow will continue through the 2 p.m. live broadcast of Cultwo Show and even a 4 p.m. fan signing event. Fans are free to talk to him, but Yoon will not speak under any circumstances.
