Former Jewelry member Ye-won has revealed she recently ended a relationship — and she’s candidly sharing why she broke up with her ex.
On the July 14 episode of JTBC’s variety show Love War, a couple with a 12-year age gap appears and lays bare their conflict. Serving as a special diplomat on the panel, Ye-won watches their stories unfold and opens up about her own dating experiences.
Mid-conversation, Ye-won drops a bombshell: "It hasn’t been long since we broke up." She adds, "I lost all feelings because of alcohol, so we ended it," explaining that her ex’s frequent drinking hurt the relationship. "He’d drink all night and then show up at my place at dawn or call me," she recalls, stunning Lee Hyo-ri, Seo Jang-hoon, and Kim Hee-chul.
Seo Jang-hoon begins to guess the ex’s identity, asking, "Which celebrity drinks that well?" Lee Hyo-ri also surmises, "Sounds like your ex was young," while Kim Hee-chul concludes, "So he was younger," catching Ye-won off guard.
Ye-won also opens up about dating younger men. "I once dated someone seven years younger," she shares, revealing the worries she had when seeing someone with a significant age gap.
