Recently, Euijin announced on her Instagram that her boyfriend proposed in Hokkaido. "I thought proposals and weddings just weren’t in the cards for me," she wrote, adding, "Who would have imagined I’d be proposed to in Japan — and in Hokkaido — in Japanese?"
"Yes, I was proposed to," Euijin confirmed. "I’m happy." She continued, "I’m shy, so I’ll share the details on another account. What should we do first?"
The photos she shared show Euijin grinning brightly while holding a bouquet from her partner. Another shot appears to capture the exact moment her Japanese boyfriend proposed. The proposal reportedly happened during a self-wedding photoshoot in Hokkaido.
Euijin has been communicating with fans by sharing daily moments with her boyfriend through a couple’s social media account. After the surprise proposal, fans flooded her with messages like "Huge congratulations" and "Wishing you endless happiness."
Euijin debuted in 2014 as a member of SONAMOO. She later appeared on KBS2’s The Unit: Idol Rebooting Project and KakaoPage’s GIRL'S RE:VERSE. After the group’s activities ended, she also debuted as a soloist under the name HEZZ.
