On the 30th, ahead of episode 5, ENA’s Monday–Tuesday drama Climax Studio dropped tension-spiking stills.
Climax Studio follows prosecutor Bang Tae-seop (Ju Ji-hoon) as he dives into a cartel of power brokers, along with the people orbiting him. As suspicions surrounding the murder of Oh Gwang-jae (Seo Hyun-woo) spiral out of control, the series coldly tracks how each character is pushed to the brink.
The new stills capture Bang Tae-seop’s steely expression as he makes a fateful decision. His decisive moves hint at a new phase, while Chu Sang-ah (Ha Ji-won) heightens the tension with wary, anxious eyes during a phone call. Also drawing attention are Hwang Jeong-won (Nana) attempting a wiretap to get closer to the truth, Kwon Jong-uk (Oh Jung-se) sensing crisis as the case spreads, and Lee Yang-mi (Cha Joo-young) making strategic plays to shape the narrative using public opinion.
The drama hooks viewers with its breakneck pace, unpredictable twists, and shifting relationships. It topped Disney+ domestically for eight straight days, and, according to Nielsen Korea, ranked No. 1 among Monday–Tuesday dramas in the 20–49 target demographic, fueling even more buzz. It also placed first in the FUNdex TV–OTT drama buzz rankings, while cast members Ju Ji-hoon (No. 1), Ha Ji-won (No. 3), and Cha Joo-young (No. 9) dominated individual popularity charts.
