Actor Kim Jae-won is going viral after issuing an apology to Maltese dog owners across the country.
On the 15th, via his Instagram Story, Kim wrote, "I apologize to Maltese owners nationwide," sharing a clip from the TVING original series Yumi's Cells Season 3 (hereafter 'Yumi's Cells 3').
The clip, first posted on TVING’s official Instagram, comes from Episode 1 of 'Yumi's Cells 3,' where Soon-rok (played by Kim Jae-won) says a line to Yumi (Kim Go-eun) that unexpectedly drew backlash from Maltese owners. Kim Go-eun fueled the buzz by commenting on the post, "All Maltese owners, gather up."
Viewers reacted by saying, "Maltese don’t eat poop," "We fixed our dog’s poop-eating habit," and "My swearing cell almost popped out without me knowing," flooding the comments with mixed reactions and laughter.
