Girl group mimiirose will disband ahead of their fourth debut anniversary.
On April 16, member Yewon shared the news through social media, stating that after discussions, the group decided to go their separate ways.
She expressed gratitude to fans, saying that their time together and the support from their fandom were meaningful experiences. She added that while activities as mimiirose are ending, the memories will remain.
Earlier, member Jia had announced her departure and contract termination, which led to speculation about the group’s future. The group has now confirmed its disbandment.
mimiirose debuted in 2022 and was produced by Lim Chang-jung. The group experienced changes in lineup and agency, and faced challenges that affected their activities.
