Actor Kwak Dong-yeon is in positive talks to sign an exclusive contract with The Black Label, home to Park Bo-gum, sparking buzz across the industry.

On the 17th, The Black Label told multiple outlets, "We are positively reviewing an exclusive contract with Kwak Dong-yeon." Having recently wrapped up his deal with Blitzway Entertainment, Kwak has reportedly been weighing several options as he searches for a new agency.

The potential move is drawing even more attention because of his ties with Park Bo-gum. The two worked together on the 2016 KBS2 drama Love in the Moonlight and have remained close ever since. Most recently, they showcased their unchanged chemistry on the tvN variety show The Village Barber, creating a fresh wave of buzz.

The Black Label’s roster includes a diverse lineup of artists, from actors Park Bo-gum, Im Si-wan, and Lee Jong-won to singers Taeyang and Jeon Somi.

Born in 1997 (29 in Korean age), Kwak Dong-yeon debuted in the 2012 KBS2 drama My Husband Got a Family. He has also confirmed his appearance in the film 6 Lying University Students (working title).
