ENA’s Monday–Tuesday drama 'Climax' aired its 10th and final episode on April 14, concluding the series.

According to Nielsen Korea on April 15, the drama recorded 3.9% nationwide viewership among paid households, marking its highest rating.

In the finale, Bang Tae-seop (Joo Ji Hoon) and Chu Sang-ah (Ha Ji Won) confronted the network of political and corporate power.

Chu Sang-ah used records documenting illegal activities by political and business figures to pressure them and weaken Lee Yang-mi’s (Cha Joo Young) influence. The two then persuaded Son Guk-won (Joo Jin Mo) to change sides and revealed key evidence through a news broadcast, leading to Lee Yang-mi’s downfall.

Lee Yang-mi was arrested following the exposure of her actions. However, in the final scene, she made a phone call ahead of a potential special pardon, leaving Chu Sang-ah unsettled and hinting at unresolved tensions.

Viewer reactions were divided, with some describing the ending as both satisfying and unsettling.

The drama will be followed by 'Scarecrow', starring Park Hae Soo, Lee Hee Joon, and Kwak Sun Young.
