Project girl group I.O.I will reunite for their 10th anniversary with a full-group appearance on JTBC’s variety show ‘Knowing Bros.’
According to the program’s production team on the 30th, members Im Nayoung, Chungha, Kim Sohye, Yoo Yeonjung, Choi Yoojung, Kim Doyeon, and Jeon Somi will take part in the recording at the show’s “Brother School” set.
I.O.I was formed through Mnet’s audition program ‘Produce 101’ in 2016. Although their official promotions lasted about a year, the group gained significant popularity during that time.
The group previously appeared together on ‘Knowing Bros’ before concluding activities, where they drew attention for their group chemistry and variety presence. Their return marks their first full-group variety appearance in about a decade.
During the episode, the members are expected to share updates on their individual activities and reflect on their time as a group, offering a mix of past and present perspectives.
The episode featuring I.O.I is scheduled to air in May.
