Singer Hyolyn, formerly of SISTAR, was rushed to the hospital due to a sudden health issue, forcing her to pull out of her scheduled show in Taiwan.

ReH Entertainment announced on its official social media on the 27th, "Hyolyn was transported to the hospital due to a sudden emergency," adding, "Based on the medical team's opinion, hospitalization and rest are the top priorities at this time."

Hyolyn had been slated to perform on the 30th at the Taipei Dome for the 'Fubon Guardians G! POP Music Festival (G! POP Music Festival),' but due to the situation, she will not be able to take the stage.

The agency explained, "After comprehensively considering the artist's health and safety, we had no choice but to decide she would not attend the performance," and added, "We sincerely apologize to the Taiwanese fans who waited so long and to the staff who prepared the event for the concern this has caused."

Fans reacted with shock and concern, saying, "We were startled to hear it was an emergency" and "Is the concert the issue?"

Meanwhile, after SISTAR disbanded, Hyolyn has continued her career as a solo artist, releasing tracks such as 'SEE SEA' and 'Pick One.'
