TVXQ member and actor U-Know Yunho is finally unveiling the making of his first-ever solo concert in 23 years since debut — and he’s premiering the stage for his brand-new single on air.

The July 15 broadcast of MBC variety show Radio Star features Kim Sung-ryung, U-Know Yunho, Heo Kyung-hwan, and Poongja in a foodie special titled "Da~ Chomp It All~ Big Eaters."

On the show, U-Know Yunho opens up about the emotions behind his long-awaited first solo concert. He reveals he began mapping out the direction and structure of his solo stage during military service, sharing the philosophy woven into the performance and how he prepared for it.

For standout storytelling, a fourth-grade "little Yunho" also joins him on stage. Watching the young performer practice with even more fiery passion than his own, Yunho admits he felt motivated to push himself harder.

He will also give the first-ever broadcast performance of his debut single’s title track 'Time's Tickin',' dropping on the 20th. The song captures his unwavering ambition and energy despite the passage of time, and Yunho instantly electrifies the studio with a powerful performance.

He then revisits how his 2021 release 'Thank U' roared back into the spotlight thanks to the recent "lesson" meme and stock-market parody song trend. After the resurgence, the number of listeners skyrocketed by 56 times, drawing renewed attention.

Yunho candidly shares how he felt about the unexpected popularity and explains how he ended up being called the "Lesson Uncle." He even improvises customized "lesson songs" for the cast on the spot, delivering big laughs.

He also reflects on his growing pains and breakthroughs as an actor. Though he once struggled with harsh reviews, Yunho earned praise for portraying Mokpo gangster Beol-gu in the Disney+ series Low Life. To nail the Jeolla dialect naturally, he trained intensively for about two weeks and recalls the moment the director finally acknowledged his performance.

The show airs at 10:30 p.m. on the 15th.
