In a move shocking fans and netizens alike, Stray Kids member I.N reportedly purchased a unit at the Apgujeong Hyundai Apartment complex entirely in cash.
According to multiple outlets on the 29th, I.N bought a 161㎡ (about 1,733 sq ft) unit in January at the Hyundai Apartment in Apgujeong-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, for 8.9 billion KRW.
He reportedly completed the final payment in April and finalized the title transfer. With no mortgage lien registered on the deed, the transaction appears to have been an all-cash purchase.
Earlier, fellow member Changbin also bought a different-sized unit in the same complex last February without taking out a loan. The Apgujeong Hyundai Apartment complex is currently slated for redevelopment.
Meanwhile, Stray Kids—featuring I.N—are set to headline the 'The Governors Ball Music Festival' on June 6 (local time).
