K-LAB's 'Global Casting Project (GCP) Vol.3'—the dream stage for K-pop hopefuls worldwide—has wrapped to viral industry buzz, with agency reps witnessing the finale and some participants receiving immediate on-site passes.

According to K-LAB, the 'AGP' (Audition Group Performance) showcase—the final gate of the two-week camp that began on the 19th—was held successfully, drawing a large turnout from leading domestic entertainment companies.

In a standout show of scale and credibility, casting directors from more than 80 entertainment agencies, including major labels, attended the AGP stage.

Before the final performance, participants received pro-level hair and makeup and stage styling identical to actual K-pop broadcast stages, maximizing their visuals. After two weeks of intensive training with ModernK's veteran faculty—known for shaping top idols like MAMAMOO and Stray Kids' Changbin—they instantly captured the attention of agency officials.

The heat on site turned into immediate results. Right after delivering powerhouse performances, some participants received first-round audition passes from domestic agencies on the spot, triggering a flood of interest and love calls from casting directors. Unlike typical experience-only camps, GCP proved yet again to be the most direct fast track to real trainee contracts and debut.

In one-on-one interviews held near the end of the camp, heartfelt stories emerged. Teaming up across nationalities and languages, participants worked day and night, forging tight bonds and sharing growth stories—often in tears. They said, "We learned K-pop's true DNA through this camp" and "We'll be back for GCP Vol.4 to make our dreams come true," signaling strong intent to return.

A K-LAB representative said, "The passionate response from casting directors at 80 agencies proves how high the participants' level and the curriculum's completeness were at GCP Vol.3," adding, "To reward the passion of hopefuls who vowed to return, we'll be back quickly with a Vol.4 program powered by an even more advanced global incubating system and overwhelming audition opportunities."

Meanwhile, the final AGP performance video, behind-the-scenes moments, and recruitment details for the next camp will be released sequentially on K-LAB's official website and Instagram.
