OH MY GIRL’s full-group comeback has been pushed to next year, with the group now aiming for a release in the first half of next year.

On the 22nd, agency WM Entertainment announced its official stance on OH MY GIRL’s future activities via the group’s official social media accounts and website.

The agency bowed to fans, saying, "We sincerely apologize for not being able to provide sufficient updates regarding the group activities and concerts we had initially guided for the first half of the year."

They continued, "All six members share the intent to continue together under the name OH MY GIRL. However, as the process of sourcing and selecting higher-quality music during album production has taken longer, we determined it would be difficult to proceed according to the previously planned schedule."

The label added, "The members are currently preparing to present a new album as OH MY GIRL," noting they are "pouring their hearts into it with a goal of releasing in the first half of next year." It also drew attention by revealing that "solo album activities for the members are scheduled for the second half of this year."

With the comeback delay, the fan club membership activity period will also be extended.

Fans reacted, saying, "We were excited, so this is a letdown," and "Looks like their schedules didn’t line up."
