Recently, Ji posted on her social media, writing "My beautiful baby" alongside everyday photos with her son. The pictures show Ji and her son, who looks fascinated as he touches the camera.
Under the post, one netizen brought up a remarriage rumor, commenting, "When I search your name online, it says under spouse that you remarried a dentist five years younger." Ji replied, "What a strange world where I can marry someone I’ve never even met," firmly denying the claim.
Ji also addressed the rumor on her YouTube channel. Pushing back on talk that she remarried a dentist five years younger and had a daughter, she said, "Where is that man? Who is this dentist five years younger that even I haven’t met?" She added, "I realized I should keep my distance from fake news or content that makes it seem like things completely unrelated to my life actually happened," stressing the rumor is baseless.
For context, Ji married former U-KISS member Eli in 2014 and welcomed a son before divorcing in 2020. Last month, Eli announced his remarriage to a non-celebrity, and Ji publicly sent her support.
