Girls' Generation member and actor Yuri is set to unveil year three of her solo life in Jeju through MBC’s variety show I Live Alone.
In the episode airing on the 10th, I Live Alone spotlights Yuri’s Jeju routine. "I first moved out on my own in Jeju, and I’m now in my third year living solo," she says, introducing her seaside haven.
Her Jeju home offers a sweeping view of the blue ocean. The white-and-tangerine palette amps up the island’s signature breezy vibe. Yuri’s own paintings and cute knickknacks are placed throughout, naturally reflecting her taste and Jeju’s mood.
Yuri starts her day in comfy gear. With her hair tied back, she wraps up a quick touch-up at a small makeup nook by the bathroom, then swaps breakfast for tea and a health juice. True to her fit-girl image, the routine is on-brand—but she hilariously flexes unexpected strength as she hauls rock-hard, frozen juice ingredients from the freezer.
She also reveals a very real morning chore born from Jeju life. Standing at the sink, Yuri drains water from a mysterious container—evidence of the same task spotted around the house. "In summer, I dump the water about three times a day," she admits, shocking the Rainbow Members.
Despite Jeju’s romantic scenery, housework is no joke. Mid-cleaning, Yuri suddenly gets down on the floor to inspect every corner, then blurts out, "What do I do about this?" Startled enough to let out a scream, she takes a breather before tackling the issue in her own way.
Debuting as Girls' Generation’s main dancer and continuing a prolific career, Yuri is drawing attention for the down-to-earth charm she’s about to show on the program.
