Actor Joo-seung Lee was moved by fans' heartfelt reactions to MBC's variety show I Live Alone.
On the 8th, Lee posted to his Instagram Story, writing, "Stumbled on the comments and got emotional," along with a screenshot. The image showed the comments under the '1st Rainbow Summer Retreat' episode video of I Live Alone.
The comments were filled with viewers expressing disappointment over Lee's absence. Fans wrote, "Why was Joo-seung missing?" and "Why can't we see Joo-seung?" repeatedly pointing out the empty spot he left.
Seeing this, Lee said, "Guess I'm loved. Thank you," sharing his gratitude. He added an update, "I've been busy directing," and then hinted at a broadcast return: "Geonseongnam (the healthy Seongsu guy) will be back soon."
Lee has earned love on I Live Alone for his down-to-earth daily life and healthy habits.
Recently, Lee also stood out as a director. He competed in the short drama director survival show Director's Arena, won the final round, and took home 100 million won.
Afterward, Lee donated the entire prize to a facility supporting single-parent families, drawing even more praise. At the time, he shared on social media that he made the decision remembering his grandfather's words: "When something good happens, always do something good."
