Ten is the next NCT member set to move on from SM Entertainment.
On April 6, the agency confirmed that, following discussions about his future, Ten’s exclusive contract will conclude on April 8.
Since debuting in 2016 through NCT U, Ten has been active across multiple units—including WayV and SuperM—building a reputation as both a group performer and a solo artist.
SM Entertainment stated that it will continue coordinating his participation in WayV and NCT activities moving forward. The company added that it remains grateful for his contributions and will support his next chapter, while also continuing to back WayV’s ongoing promotions.
The update comes at a transitional moment for NCT, which is marking its 10th debut anniversary this year while undergoing lineup changes, including Mark’s recent departure from the agency.
