Members of THE BOYZ have publicly disputed their agency Onehundred’s claim that settlement payments had been completed.

On the 22nd, attorney Kim Mun-hee of Yulchon LLC, representing nine members — Sangyeon, Jacob, Younghoon, Hyunjae, Juyeon, Kevin, Q, Sunwoo, and Eric — issued a statement saying, “Not only at the time the company announced it had completed settlement payments, but even now, none of the members has received a single cent.” Kim added that including unpaid settlements for the third and fourth quarters of 2025, no payments had been made.

The statement also alleged that the agency had repeatedly delayed payment schedules prior to the legal dispute. “The company repeatedly named payment dates and promised to pay both the settlements and late interest, but did not follow through,” Kim said, adding that announcing settlement completion under such circumstances was “regrettable.”

The members’ side further addressed their criminal complaint against Onehundred CEO Cha Ga-won on suspicion of embezzlement under the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Economic Crimes. According to the statement, the members are cooperating with the investigation, and the case has been transferred to the Financial Crime Investigation Unit of the Seoul Metropolitan Police Agency.

Previously, on the 21st, Onehundred maintained that it had fulfilled its obligations, stating that it had completed payment of a signing bonus and settlements and that the embezzlement allegations were unfounded.

Currently, nine members — excluding New — are engaged in a legal dispute with the agency, with the matter expected to proceed through legal channels.
