Singer K.Will got candid about why he hesitated over blind dates and where he really stands on dating, sparking laughs and major relatability as he opened up in a no-filter chat with close friend KCM.
On the 27th, K.Will’s YouTube channel dropped a video featuring KCM, who revealed he once tried to set K.Will up. “I sent him the profile of a doctor, but he never replied,” KCM joked, adding, “That’s when I realized his standards are way too high.”
K.Will pushed back, explaining he didn’t simply ignore it. “On paper, she seemed amazing, but she worked in broadcasting,” he said. “Because we were in the same industry, I hesitated, and it just fizzled out.” He also admitted blind dates might not suit him: “I tried a few times before, and things just naturally faded. I didn’t get dumped — it just faded out,” he laughed.
The talk shifted to KCM’s marriage. After keeping his wedding private for a long time, KCM finally shared how he met his wife and their road to marriage. “I first met my wife through a friend, and I felt an instant pull from the very first impression,” he said. He also recalled, “My mother-in-law once saw me on TV and said, ‘I wish my daughter would marry a man like him.’”
KCM then opened up about the struggles of parenting. “Raising kids is tough, but the happiness is just as big,” he said, confessing he has complicated feelings as his eldest enters her teenage years. “My firstborn is 15. She’s in puberty and even has a boyfriend now, and it breaks my heart. I wasn’t sure how to handle it, so I reached out to god’s Kim Tae-woo for advice,” he revealed.
Meanwhile, KCM is married to a non-celebrity nine years his junior and has three children: two daughters and a son.
