At the end of the June 9 broadcast, the show unveiled a teaser featuring the couple, now parents of two, juggling real-life parenting and relationship friction.
In the clip, Moon Hee-jun walked through their home, nitpicking as he went. Spotting jangjorim (soy-braised beef) in the fridge, he warned, "When did you buy this? You need to label the expiration date. Otherwise, you won’t know." Seeing a frying pan left out in the kitchen, he added, "Why would you leave this here? That’s how fires start." Soyul pushed back, saying, "I’ll handle it," but his worry-filled critiques kept coming.
Their difference in style surfaced at the table, too. Concerned that Soyul often skips meals, Moon asked, "Why don’t you eat with me?" Soyul replied, "If I eat a full meal, I get sleepy and can’t get things done. I like feeling light." He pressed on: "If you don’t eat enough, it’ll hurt your health." Though well-intentioned, Soyul heard it as nagging.
As tensions rose, Moon said, "Lower your voice. You’re the loudest in the neighborhood." Soyul shot back, "My tone isn’t high. I already lowered it," revealing how hurt she felt.
In a separate interview, Soyul shared, "He feels like a teacher—sometimes like a mentor, even like a boss," hinting that his advice and worries can turn into pressure.
The teaser ended on an emotional note as Moon teared up. "If my wife is reborn, I hope she doesn’t marry me," he said, shocking Soyul. He continued, "I just want her to remember everything I’ve said," before choking up.
