Fiestar member Linzy has tied the knot with her partner, starting a new chapter.
On the 5th, Linzy married her non-celebrity partner at a private venue in Seoul. Before the ceremony, she personally announced the news by posting a handwritten letter to fans on her social media.
In the letter, Linzy wrote, "There’s something I want to carefully share with you," adding, "Even though it’s happy news, I’m sorry for surprising you by telling you so suddenly." She continued, "Because you’ve always trusted and waited for me, and stayed with me not only for my stages and songs but also through moments of my life, it has weighed on my heart that I couldn’t tell you earlier or in a better way," expressing her apology to fans.
Linzy then announced, "I’m getting married." Describing her groom-to-be, she said he is "a precious person who keeps my everyday life steady and gives me strength." She added, "Through our time together, I’ve learned the desire to become warmer and stronger, and we’ve decided to walk through the rest of our lives together," sharing why she chose marriage.
Linzy debuted in 2012 as a member of Fiestar. The following year, in 2013, she expanded to the musical stage through High School Musical.
With this, Linzy becomes the third Fiestar member to share wedding news. Jei married in 2020, and Hyemi tied the knot in 2024.
