Shinhwa member Lee Min-woo has revealed news of a real estate contract, signaling a fresh start with his family.

On the 23rd, Lee Min-woo posted several photos on his Instagram with the caption, "Fresh heart, fresh start! Let’s live happily as a family." The photos included a family portrait with Lee Min-woo, his wife Lee A-mi, and their two daughters, as well as a shot of a real estate contract, drawing attention.

Fans zeroed in on the contract in particular. Lee added, "The weather is great, I’m feeling good, and the deal is done," letting followers know he had wrapped up the contract. While the specifics weren’t disclosed, viewers are speculating that he may have secured a new home, especially given his recent on-air discussion about moving out.

Previously on KBS2’s variety show Mr. House Husband Season 2, the couple’s newlywed life and family stories were revealed. Before marriage, Lee Min-woo had shared plans to live together with his parents, and indeed, after tying the knot, they have been living in a combined household.

His decision to live together stemmed from his parents’ health concerns. On the show, Lee arranged medical checkups for his parents, showcasing his devotion. His mother underwent lung cancer surgery, a knee stem-cell transplant, and a cerebrovascular procedure, and she has been reported to have an early-stage dementia diagnosis and a history of depression. His father also requires ongoing care after receiving a stent for a myocardial infarction and dealing with rheumatoid arthritis.

However, as married life went on, the couple faced practical concerns. In a recent episode, his wife Lee A-mi confided, "We’re living with my in-laws, and I’m wondering when we can finally move out." She added candidly, "Because we live together, even when it’s just the two of us traveling, we feel self-conscious and on edge. Honestly, I am thinking about moving out."

Lee Min-woo responded, "If circumstances allow, I’d move out right away. I have my own plans and thoughts." Still, Lee A-mi expressed hurt, saying, "Don’t keep it all to yourself. I wish you’d share them with me."

With Lee personally revealing that the real estate contract is complete, fans are naturally focusing on whether a move-out is imminent. That said, it remains unclear whether the deal is for a new family home or for another purpose.

Meanwhile, in March, Lee Min-woo held a wedding with Lee A-mi, a third-generation Zainichi Korean who is 11 years younger.
