Apink’s Yoon Bo-mi opened up about her everyday life at her parents’ home, revealing a tender concern for them.
Recently, Yoon Bo-mi uploaded a vlog on her YouTube channel showing time spent at her family home. In the video, she explained, "My sister had a schedule and asked me to look after her dog for a few days, so I’m staying at my parents’ place." While eating, she brought up her family’s eating habits.
"I don’t come home often, but whenever I do, the fridge is really full of convenience store food," she said. She continued, "My dad, brother, and sister eat that kind of food a lot," adding that her parents run a convenience store.
"When there’s leftover stock, we can’t throw it away, so the family eats it," Yoon Bo-mi shared. "Seeing them eat leftover convenience store stock breaks my heart." Worried for her family, she said she has even bought prepared side dishes from a deli and organized them in containers at home. "When I do that, they at least eat some of it," she added, showing her thoughtfulness toward her parents.
Still, she lightened the mood with her trademark candor. "On the other hand, it does make me a little upset, but when I’m on a diet and come home, they’re there pulling out all that stock and eating it," she joked, making viewers laugh.
Meanwhile, last month Yoon Bo-mi married composer-producer Rado. The two first connected while working on a song in 2017 and, after years of dating, tied the knot.
