Shocking update for CARATs: SEVENTEEN's Jeonghan has been officially discharged from his alternative service as a social service agent and is making his long-awaited return to fans.
On the 25th, Jeonghan completed his duties as a social service worker and was released from call-up, making him SEVENTEEN's first member to finish mandatory service.
It comes about one year and nine months after he began alternative service on September 26, 2024—Jeonghan was the first among the members to start fulfilling his duty.
SEVENTEEN is currently in the midst of military obligations. Following Jeonghan, Wonwoo, Hoshi, and Woozi are serving, while Mingyu and DK are preparing to enlist. With members away, expectations are high for Jeonghan—now the first to complete service—to stay active and fill the gap.
Meanwhile, SEVENTEEN's new unit V8, featuring The8 and Vernon, is set to drop its first mini album on the 29th.
