Actor Koo Kyo-hwan is turning heads with a bold red hairstyle.
On the 28th, the team behind Reawakened Man confirmed a September theatrical release and dropped a brand-new poster.
The film follows Seok-hwan (played by Koo Kyo-hwan), a job seeker whose only real asset is his baseless confidence—until he gains the power to come back to life 72 hours after dying. With this project, Koo fully dives into action, promising ever-escalating, hard-hitting set pieces that get more powerful with every resurrection.
Shin Seung-ho, Kang Ki-young, and Kim Si-a join the cast, adding even more excitement. The newly revealed poster showcases a striking new look for Koo Kyo-hwan.
In the poster, Seok-hwan wears a relaxed expression despite the cuts on his face and the bullet marks embedded in the wall behind him. Koo Kyo-hwan also debuts a dramatic red hairstyle.
With the tagline “I died—but I’m back,” the film teases Seok-hwan’s unpredictable rampage and boundary-pushing action.
The film opens in theaters this September.
