Rapper Swings admitted he’s struggling with an “appetite that won’t quit,” even after starting Mounjaro (tirzepatide), drawing mixed reactions online.

On the 11th, Swings posted on his Instagram, “I stopped blaming the world and got on Mounjaro today. But I ate exactly like I always do.”

He continued, “I’m just too sad, so I’ll have no choice but to eat only four Big Macs right now. Why do you keep stressing me out and making me eat burgers?” He then joked, “Ah, I need to open Baemin (Baedal Minjok, Korea’s food-delivery app) again—I forgot to order three McFlurries,” making fans laugh.

On the 12th, he added, “Does Mounjaro really work? For the first time in two years, I skipped both breakfast and lunch. I’m not hungry. At this rate, won’t McDonald’s go out of business? I’m worried about McDonald’s. Should I force myself to order just five?”

Netizens reacted, saying, “Then why get Mounjaro?”, “McDonald’s isn’t going anywhere,” and “Did he even get the shot?”

For reference, Mounjaro is a treatment for diabetes and obesity. It’s used as an add-on to diet and exercise to help control blood sugar in people with type 2 diabetes, manage weight in patients who are obese or overweight, and assist in treating obstructive sleep apnea.
