Korea’s now-iconic “doorframe visuals” — actors Choo Young Woo, Joo Ji Hoon, and Lee Kwang Soo — just gathered in one place.
On July 7, the 5th Blue Dragon Series Awards held its handprinting ceremony. Last year’s winners attended, including Joo Ji Hoon (Best Actor in Drama), Lee Kwang Soo (Best Supporting Actor), and Choo Young Woo (Best New Actor), lighting up the event.
Host Park Kyung-lim told Choo Young Woo, “The ‘doorframe visuals’ lineup keeps getting flashier,” then answered her own question about his unique ‘doorframe’ charm with, “Monolids.” She also added his tanned skin to the list.
Hearing this, Lee Kwang Soo said, “That goes for Joo Ji Hoon and me, too,” and Park Kyung-lim wrapped it up by joking that Choo Young Woo is like a mix of the two — calling it a “grand unification of ‘doorframe men.’”
