On the 7th, Lee Dong-gun posted a short, caption-free video on his social media. In it, he waits on a courtroom set for the JTBC variety show Divorce Deliberation Camp. Wearing a deep gray suit, he faces the camera with a subtle smile, giving off a calm, composed vibe.
Previously, JTBC confirmed that Lee Dong-gun would join Divorce Deliberation Camp as Jin Tae-hyuns replacement. He will take on the role of a domestic-affairs investigator representing male participants. Alongside Seo Jang-hoon and Park Ha-sun, he will delve into real couples stories and bring a fresh energy to the program.
His update drew extra attention following news of the Jeju cafes hiatus. A day earlier, via the cafes Instagram, he wrote, "Starting on the 9th, were taking time to reorganize. Thank you, sincerely, for all your love and visits." The cafe, which opened last year, is pausing operations after about one year and three months.
Meanwhile, Lee Dong-gun married actress Jo Yoon-hee in 2017, and the pair divorced by mutual agreement in 2020. Custody of their daughter rests with Jo Yoon-hee.
